Cameron believes that in real estate, context is everything. Everything from the timing, to the design choices, to the neighborhood works together to create a distinctive whole.
His goal is to provide his clients with white glove service in navigating real estate transactions and property management. With regional family roots stretching back 116 years, he holds a deep appreciation for Bay Area culture and tradition. This unique perspective allows him to guide others in forward-thinking decisions while holding respect for the storied heritage of the area.
Cameron comes from a lineage of hands-on hard workers with grandparents who owned and operated orchards in San Jose before it was ever known as Silicon Valley. Having grown up around real estate, his passion for the business took off when he became a professional property manager in 2020. Since then, Cameron has grown his portfolio to successfully maintain and lease residential and commercial property around the Bay Area.
In 2023, he joined the team at Kai Real Estate looking to expand his practice by helping clients looking to buy and sell homes in the East Bay. Trust, integrity, and transparency are his guiding principles.
Prior to his real estate career, Cameron received a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University before beginning a Los Angeles-based career in advertising. Contributing to award-winning campaigns for major brands such as Toyota, Doña Maria, and Beyond Meat, Cameron is comfortable managing complex, high-stakes projects with utmost professionalism and focus. No matter the client or scale of project, Cameron truly cares about the quality of his work and connection to his clients' needs, always aiming to overdeliver.
In his free time, Cameron enjoys restoring his 1975 Alfa Romeo Spider, caring for his three pets, and exploring new restaurants in the East Bay with his fiancée. He is an avid 49ers fan, amateur wood-fire chef, and is endlessly curious about history.
