We are excited to share that Kai Real Estate is moving! Starting September 8, we will be at 2991 College Ave, Berkeley 94705. After four great years on Solano Avenue, we were presented with the opportunity to move to a historic building in the heart of Berkeley’s Elmwood district, and we could not pass it up! We now have two levels plus an outdoor patio, which is a great layout for the ways we use our space. We still plan to host events and offer our space to local non-profits for meetings and vendors for pop-ups, plus we’ll be collaborating with real estate-adjacent professionals to lean into our wide ranging experience in home transformations, investments and legacy building.
We’re also honored to announce that we have been awarded the Silver Medal in the East Bay Express “Best of the East Bay” readers’ choice awards for both Best Real Estate Agent (Jodi Nishimura) & Best Real Estate Agency. We can’t thank you enough for your trust in our services!
