About Sean Walsh

I’m Sean Walsh, a Bay Area native and Oakland-based Realtor focused on helping sellers and buyers make better real estate decisions throughout Oakland, Berkeley and surrounding cities.

For sellers, my work goes far beyond putting a home on the market. I specialize in preparing properties through thoughtful design, strategic improvements, and hands-on project management. I help determine which updates are worth making, which are not, and where a seller’s budget will have the greatest impact.

From paint colors and flooring to lighting, landscaping, repairs, staging, photography, and final presentation, I coordinate the details and keep the entire preparation process moving. Every listing client also receives a complimentary design plan and custom color palette tailored to the home.

Because I grew up in the Bay Area in a real estate family, I have a deep appreciation for the architecture, neighborhoods, and character that make Oakland, Berkeley and surrounding cities unique. I use that local knowledge to position each property in a way that feels intentional and appropriate to both the home and the market.

I also work with buyers who want practical guidance, strong local knowledge, and a clear understanding of value. I help clients evaluate pricing, condition, design potential, renovation costs, and the factors that can affect resale over time.
